Welcome To The New Era Of Youth Football At Hythe Town FC
Hythe Town F.C. is the official youth development setup directly connected to the football club, creating the only genuine pathway into senior football at Hythe Town FC. Also we are happy to say we have now added Girls squads to the setup.
Hythe Town Youth FC is not linked or affiliated with Hythe Town First Team, the U18s, U23s, or the Development Squad structure.
Hythe Town FC Youth Setup has been created to provide a fully connected football pathway from grassroots level through to senior football, allowing players to progress within one club environment , Including Girls Footballs , youth football into the U18s, U23s and eventually senior football.
Our vision is to build a strong, inclusive football community where young players can develop their ability, confidence, discipline and love for the game while proudly representing the town and football club.
A key part of our youth programme is creating genuine opportunities and progression for players. Throughout the season, youth players will be connected closely with the senior side through first-team matchday experiences, club events and development opportunities, helping bridge the gap between grassroots and senior football.
The introduction of the U23 Development Squad now creates a final stage of progression before stepping into senior football. This gives ambitious young players the opportunity to continue their development in a competitive environment while working towards first-team football.
We have already successfully progressed a number of players into the first-team environment and the pathway is designed to continue developing local talent capable of representing Hythe Town FC at senior level.
Hythe Town FC proudly supports the local Hythe community across multiple football leagues, creating opportunities for players of all abilities to learn, compete and enjoy football within a positive, structured and professional environment.

From the youngest age groups upwards, the focus at Hythe Town FC is on creating a positive, enjoyable environment where players can build confidence, develop their skills, and grow their understanding of the game.
As players progress through the age groups, football becomes more structured and competitive, preparing them for the next stages within the club’s development pathway. The club is continuing to expand year after year, with growing numbers across both boys’ and girls’ football. This growth is only possible through the dedication of coaches, volunteers, and supporters who help create a welcoming and ambitious environment for every player involved.
Hythe Town FC is committed to developing football within the local community while giving young players the opportunity to be part of a real club structure connected directly to senior football. Players benefit from being part of the wider matchday atmosphere at the club, helping inspire the next generation coming through the pathway. All teams are based at Reachfields Stadium, the home of Hythe Town F.C., where training sessions and home fixtures take place throughout the season.
