Learn, Train & Play at Hythe Town Academy
Run in partnership with Virtual Learning UK, the Hythe Town FC Post-16 Football Academy gives scholars aged 16-19 the opportunity to train daily while studying for a Level 3 BTEC in Sport
Our Learning Pathway
We will be supported by and will represent Hythe Town Football Club as we believe that there
are stronger opportunities and pathways into the Hythe U23s and First team.
The set up of the Academy is in partnership with the education company (VLUK).
We have 100% pass rate over the 4 years that we have been running - Paul Stanton will lead the Academy and continue coaching and we will be in partnership with Elite who are very well established and will give vast coaching opportunities for the students as they go through the course.
Once the two years are complete you can expect to follow one of three pathways. Firstly, into
university, as the academic qualifications on offer allow entry into Higher Education. Secondly, into
mainstream Sport/Performance, and finally into the world of work.
